ive heard of teenagers in their drunken wanderings
disturbing letterboxes, but has anyone else happened
on a displaced person "camping" someplace they should
not be while searching/planting boxes?
was quite disconcerting, i contacted authorities who
promised to have the person relocate.
very disturbing....
